The National Spiritualist Association of Churches (NSAC) does not sell, distribute, or transmit your personal or transactional information to any source external to its established corporate and supporting organizational structure.
INTERNAL PRIVACY
Within the NSAC, your information will not be used in any way,
shape, or form for other than the reason for which it was provided by
you.
PREVENTING DISCLOSURE
Your information is considered and is kept confidential at all
times. There is no reason to take further action to prevent
disclosure.
MAINTAINING YOUR PRIVACY
Keeping your information secure is one of our most important
responsibilities. We value your trust and handle information about you
with care. We limit access to your Information to those who need
to know the information in order to provide you with our products and
services; to maintain or service those products; or to maintain or
service your account. Our staff is bound by a code of ethics
requiring the confidential treatment of your Information and are subject
to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.
SECURING YOUR PRIVACY
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect
your information. We continually assess new technology and methods for
protecting your information and we upgrade our systems when appropriate.
OUR RELATIONSHIP - YOUR PRIVACY
Our relationship with you is crucial to us and maintaining it is a
priority. Ensuring your privacy is part of that relationship and
its importance is paramount.
